Door Leaf

• Made from hot-dip galvanized sheet metal

• Internally reinforced with a hot-dip galvanized steel profile

• Thermal insulation with processed mineral wool


Door frame

• Hot-treated galvanized sheet

• Grooves for thermal expansion sealing

• Installation with anchors or fixing with expansion screws

Thermo-expansion sealing

• Mounted on vertical door frame profiles

• Placed above and below the sheets depending on the certification


Hinges

• Two hinges for each leaf, one of which is rated for a load of up to 160 kg, suitable for fire door use, and one with a self-closing spring.

• Safety bolts

• Locking mechanism according to the EN 12209 standard. Steel core handle and locking adjuster to secure it.
